I am a University of Illinois graduate with a degree in Applied Psychology. I graduated in 2021 and wanted to be a therapist during my college years. I realized that it wasn’t a great fit for me by the time I was graduating and took some time to think more about my future.

I would end up working as a wine consultant for a liquor retailer for almost two years where I developed a greater passion for a childhood dream. I wanted to be a designer. Through more thought and research I settled into UI/UX design. I took a course taught by Andrei Neagoie and Daniel Schifano and received their certification on completion.

Why did I choose design? It was a happy crossroads of what I wanted to do as a kid and the research based psychology internships I had done in college.
